MAVGA reserves the right to disqualify golfers who misconduct or misbehave while participate in the tournament held by MAVGA.
MAVGA reserves the right to penalize golfers who violate the USGA rules, local rules & MAVGA rules and in some cases the golfer may be disqualified from the tournament.
MAVGA shall not be responsible for any damages that may cause by golfers while playing in the tournament held by MAVGA.
MAVGA shall not be responsible for golfers' injury that may be accidently caused by the act of nature, or by other golfersï¿½ ball.
MAVGA reserves the right to penalize members who don't comply with the club's Handicap Policy. Penalty could be Handicap Index adjustment, suspension of GHIN account, or termination of membership.
